Danica Desoky creates vibrant children’s books inspired by her love of adventure, nature, and storytelling. She is originally from Brookfield, Connecticut and she graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design.

Currently, Danica lives in Chicago with her husband, children, and her dog Moby who all eagerly join her in exploring the world near and far. Danica loves learning about wildlife, discovering random bits of history, and traveling off the grid whenever possible.
